refunded. Returned products must be at least 75 percent full,
accompanied by the invoice and sent postage paid. If for some

ORDERS THAT GET LOST OR DAMAGED
Contact us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should.
We'll find out what happened to your products and get them to
you ASAP. Sorry, but we can't replace missing orders that are
received by someone else on your behalf.
WHERE DOES THE ADVICE COME FROM?
The advice offered on the site is compiled in conjunction with
some of the experts on men's grooming. In gathering this information,
we talked to everyone and anyone with impressive credentials in
the field - including the hair, skin and nail professionals on
staff in local grooming stores.
WHEN DO WE SHIP ORDERS
Most orders received before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday
will be shipped the same day. Weekend and holiday orders will
be shipped the following business day.

DO WE SHIP ORDERS
The
Men's Lab will ship most U.S. orders via DHL Ground or Fedex Ground
(usually 3-5 days). If you need a U.S. order sooner, we have Fedex
Next Day shipping available for a flat rate of $30. Shipping charges
